Listing policy
Policy version 1.0 — last revised . Every admission decision is logged with the policy version applied. Any change to this policy triggers a full re-audit of the catalog.
The principle: rejection by default
A platform is listed only if it passes every gate below. There is no weighted score, no compensation between criteria, and no manual exception. Listing is free and cannot be bought; paid placements change visibility only, never admission and never a score.
Gate 1 — Permanent exclusions
One signal is enough for a permanent, non-appealable rejection. We permanently exclude tools whose purpose is to undress, "nudify" or deepfake real people — including any service inviting users to upload a photo of a real person for sexualised manipulation, any use of an identifiable person's face or name, any marketing built on non-consent ("she won't know", "revenge", "ex-girlfriend"), and, with immediate alert, anything suggesting minors.
These exclusions follow the legal reality in our main markets:
- United States — the TAKE IT DOWN Act (2025) criminalises the publication of non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated imagery, and mandates removal within 48 hours of notice; most states have their own NCII statutes.
- European Union — the GDPR and national image-rights doctrines make the processing of a person's likeness without consent unlawful in this context.
Gate 2 — Minimum compliance
Every listed platform must publish accessible terms of service or a consent policy, operate an age-verification mechanism, publish a privacy policy, expose an identifiable takedown or abuse contact, and serve a valid HTTPS certificate. A platform failing any of these is refused and may be re-tested after 90 days.
Gate 3 — Security and health
Candidates are screened against public malware and abuse blocklists, must respond correctly, and must be registered for at least 60 days — an anti-throwaway-clone rule. Failures here are re-tested after 7 days; three consecutive failures become a rejection.
Continuous re-audit
Admission is not a one-time event. The entire published catalog is re-audited weekly against gates 1 and 2; any failure unlists the platform automatically. A listing not re-audited within 30 days drops out of the site on its own.
Removal on report
Reports of non-consensual content or illegal content are treated as top priority: they alert our team immediately and are reviewed first, ahead of everything else. Listings are corrected or removed after verification — every removal decision is made by a human and logged. Report a listing here.
