Prompt
A prompt is the text input a user provides to a generative AI system to elicit a response, ranging from a short instruction to a detailed description including context, style, or constraints. The wording, structure, and specificity of a prompt influence the resulting output, and many systems also incorporate hidden or system-level prompts set by the platform itself, which are not visible to the user but shape the model's overall behavior alongside user input.
On AI adult-content platforms, prompts are typically used to initiate or guide character interactions, generate images, or direct roleplay scenarios. Platforms may impose restrictions on prompt content through automated filters, blocking certain words or themes, and some log user prompts for moderation, safety review, or service improvement purposes. The degree of prompt freedom varies by platform, with some allowing extensive customization of character behavior and others constraining inputs to predefined templates or limited fields.
Because prompts often contain personal or explicit content by nature of the platform's purpose, how a service stores, retains, or processes prompt data has direct privacy implications for users. This site does not assign a standalone numeric score to prompting mechanics but considers documented prompt logging, retention periods, and filtering practices as part of its broader assessment of a platform's data handling and privacy policies.
